Pros:- Material heat up quickly and consistently.- The auto off and timer feature is nice. We turned on two separate sections and left for 30 minutes and it turned off promptly on its own.- Material wipes clean easily.- Super easy to store, just roll it up. I kept the box but it comes with a bag for the cord, instructions and mat to stay together.- The bottom of the mat has ridges to keep it balanced and in place.Cons:- The instructions were not the greatest. They made sense for how to operate and set up, however they gave no direction to what type of container is best suited/not suited for the item. Now I know that may feel like common sense (no plastics that melts, etc.), however not everyone will know that stuff.- Because of the roll up feature, I feel like the material is not as tight to the warming wires as it could be. For me, this caused inconsistent heating issues. We had one side at 200°+ and the container placed there (cheese dip) was not warming up at all.

its a great product especially if you have guest. The food remains hot and you can adjust the heat levels too. I would highly recommend this product. It is also useful for your daily dinner / lunch requirements when having food with family.

Everyone is loving this thing. Cheese dips etc stay hot, all our appetisers go on it now, just works great! It would also work excellent center of dinner table to keep entrees hot but we havent bothered with that one yet.

I am reviewing the BICRET Food Warming Mat with 3 individual adjustable temperature zones. (My wife participated in this review.)First of all, this mat looks classy, heats up very quickly, has protective rubber ribbing underneath to protect table surfaces, stores away efficiently, and does indeed control temperatures separately in each of three zones.My wife is thrilled with this mat because she enjoys cooking huge meals for big family gatherings for all the holidays. These meals can last two hours, and "the gravy always gets cold."We used a food thermometer (see photo) to TEST the accuracy of each temperature settings. Everything tested well, at each temperature level, except for the center zone.For some reason, the center zone on our unit heats up to the highest level regardless of the setting. In the photo, we set the center zone for 176° but got an actual reading 9° (257°) degrees higher than the highest 248° setting. The same thing happened at the lower level setting for the center zone.Keeping this in mind, my wife still looks forward to using this warming mat to keep food warm (hot, in the center zone!) during long, extravagant family meals.So, just one star off for this flaw, which perhaps is just problem for our particular unit.

This warming mat is very useful. I hosted a Ladies night and ordered flatbread pizzas that I was able to keep warm in the boxes by placing them on the mat. It’s nice that you can set the temperature of each section separately or set the entire mat to one consistent temperature. I love the timer feature that way you can set it and not have to worry about remembering to shut it off.The fact that it is made of silicone and rolls up makes it so easy to store. Takes up much less cabinet space than a warming tray or electric skillet. I am excited to get to use it for many other purposes as well!!
