First off, the batteries themselves are fantastic so far. Have had two in use for over three months and just picked up two more. Not an issue to speak of other than the following.The reasoning for three stars is the app or apps not working at all. The main, original app to connect to and monitor the batteries was BMS Meta. I am using the Android based app and it no longer functions since the latest update. It is unable to get past the new permissions setup process, which by the way appears to need access to virtually everything you do on your phone. The BMS Meta app was functioning in an acceptable manner in the previous versions. It was very simplistic and basically a status display screen for your batteries, which for my use case was just fine. Better than not working at all.Watt Cycle themselves appear to have started or progressed development on their own in-house battery management app and it is available as "WattCycle by ShenZhen Wattcycle Power Co., Ltd" It actually works pretty well with finding any batteries within Bluetooth range and having far more settings available to configure and adjust. I am unable to comment as to whether all the settings function properly when being used due to not being able to properly test. The one big issue is the individual batteries are very random whether they will connect with the app or not. This Watt Cycle branded app seems to still be in development, so I am hopeful it will improve drastically in the coming months. At least becoming a bit more stable and consistent would be a plus. When either one of the apps functions properly, the overall battery and app combination gets five stars all day. Without a functioning app, you are left with a dumb battery and no way to monitor power levels and other stats unless you buy an additional shunt or battery monitor. So please be aware you may not always be able to access power level info readily at this point.Thanks for reading and best wishes with your power storage journey.Update: WattCycle reached out unsolicited and offered an acceptable solution to the matter. Fast and unexpected resolution was very much appreciated. Good on WattCycle for taking care of their customers. Five stars for the physical batteries and product support.

I bought this battery for my 2022 Cougar 22RBS camper. I have wanted to switch over to a LiFePO4 battery, and this one seems to fit the bill. Works great, compact size, complete with BMS bluetooth app for monitoring the state of charge of the battery. The app lets you know the current in and out of the battery and any warnings. The BMS does have an automatic balancing function when the battery is fully charged. This will keep the battery cells balanced and ensure maximum capacity with the battery over time. I would buy this battery again in the future.

I received the battery in individual boxes with foam padding all around. I read the instruction manual that came with them. It says they ship with only 50% state of charge (soc), so I connect each of them up to my 15A smart charger and set it to Lifepo4 type battery. The charger output varied between 13-14A and the voltage slowly climbed from13.13v to 14.6 when the charger shut down. The first battery took 3 hours and 46 minutes to charge which equates roughly to about 47 Ah. The second battery charged for 3 hours and 38 minutes or about 46 Ah. This gives me confidence in the 100 Ah rating. Time and usage will tell of the quality and durability, so I’ll update this post later. I plan to use these as trolling batteries in my boat. They’ll be connected in series and see a max current draw of 42A. I like to fish from sun up to sun set with intermittent trolling motor usage and duty cycle, so they will get a work out this season. The batteries look to be of high quality, the bolts are a little short (1/2”) and they give you an extra set of the same length. It would have been nice if the extra set was a 1/4” longer. Note the bolts appear to be made of stainless steel, which is a nice surprise given the trolling motor application. The AGM SLA batteries I’m replacing lasted 8 years, so I’m hoping these will last at least that long.Update 7/21/24: I've used these batteries extensively over the past couple of months. They work great. After a full day of hard use the voltage never dipped below 25V (12.5v each in series). I've drained them down as far as 75% depth of discharge (DoD) and with the 6 amp/bank on-board charger they recharge in about 12 and a half hours. I may upgrade to a 10A/bank on-board charger to reduce the charge time, but so far I'm very happy with the battery performance. Note: I try to charge the batteries fully just before use and keep them at ~50% SoC when storing them. The lower voltage during storage prolongs the life of Lithium batteries (unlike lead acid, which should be stored at full potential).

First Lifepo4 battery I have used. Converting from an AGM heavy battery to this manageable weight was the first thing I noticed. Next was the life of charge, ran a 26 year old Engle fridge 40lt and holy smoke, I ran it for nearly 3 days without charging and the battery still had about 68% left. Charged it with solar panel before that. Of course being new it has max results but for 100 ah I thought that was great. Fridge draws about 2.4 amps per hour, do the sums - 2.4 x 60 = over the rated capacity although one must consider the fridge is not always drawing that amperage constantly per hour. I'm impressed. Also a hell of a lot easier to lift with my old, weary body. What happens from now on in will be the test of the recharge cycles and longevity of this battery.
