These work good enough to do what I need them too. My only issue is the elastic bands stretch out very easy and the stitching for them is not strong enough. The pockets work well, and I have had no issues with the pockets ripping or not holding well. The clasps to hold the rolls together are plastic but have held up well at this point.

Medium thickness canvas material, solid brass zipper, good buckles. With a waxing it will be perfect. Definitely worth it at this price.

This is a bargain at this price. I purchased as a means of easily transporting a few knives from my collection and overflow storage for others, but I’ve also carried hand tools in it at times to avoid lugging around a cumbersome tool bag.This roll is much nicer than I expected, and it’s extremely durable. The straps secure the roll well, and importantly, are very easy to tighten or loosen based on load size while also being snug enough that they will not come loose on their own…even when the bag is fully-loaded down and jostled around consistently for hours. The internal zipper pocket and stitchings are well-made too. I can’t see how either would fail you at any point even with regular use.I held off on leaving a review until having ample time to really test it out. Just returned from a trip in the mountains today…and while unpacking, figured I’d take a few photos and leave this review before I forget again. I grabbed my four closest pocket knives along with a ruler, sunglasses, and bottle cap to show scale. To be clear, I didn’t take all these knives hiking/camping with me or anything of the sort. That would be super-weird. These photos are after I unloaded other tools and put a few fixed blades back in to store in my closet.If you’re reading reviews then you must be at least slightly interested in the product.You have your answer. Buy it.
