- Der Grund ist die in den Laptop-Komponenten gespeicherte Restleistung, die die ordnungsgemäße Funktion des Akkus verhinderte.
- Bitte trennen Sie die alte Batterie und halten Sie den Netzschalter 20 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Schließen Sie dann die neue Batterie an.
- Dadurch wird der Rest- oder Flohstrom verbraucht und nach dem Zusammenbau des Laptops funktioniert der Akku ordnungsgemäß.

I bought this battery last month 07/2024 and installed it with the suggestions given by the selling company. it takes 3 or 4 hours to charge and discharges within another 3 hours. I also tried to email them back. but no response form the company as yet.

This battery for my HP Spectre x360 is exactly what I needed. Delivery was fast, the price was reasonable, the cross reference battery was correct to the device. Instructions for replacing the battery are easily found on youtube, and I suggest you watch a few times to be sure you're doing everything correctly. I wish that this battery had come with the specialty T4 torx screwdriver to open the back of my spectre. I already had a tiny philips head screwdriver but had to make a separate trip to Bestbuy to get the right tool. One week later, the battery is working fine. My spacebar is back in business due to the new battery flatness, and the guts and housing of my laptop is no longer in danger from the previous battery which looked like sandbags when I removed it to replace with this spiffy new battery from Dentsing.I had contacted HP for help in covering the cost to replace my original battery which was expanding and damaging my laptop and keyboard, but they said my product was out of warranty (!) and suggested a $150+ replacement battery thru them which I'd still have to install on my own. Thanks for nothing HP!

Update after10 months, battery is dying a slow death..Install was easy. Fit was great. Seems to be working ok so far. I now have a warning that tells me I'm using a non HP battery at startup. The battery came in a plane unmarked box. Not a Dentsing box like in the listing picture. The battery didn't have the Dentsing name printed on it like the listing picture. I'm not sure if this is a Dentsing battery or a genetic battery that I could have paid less for. The included screwdrivers didn't fit my Spectre, needed to buy a screwdriver set.

UPDATE: this battery started getting a bit swollen after about a year (i noticed the trackpad would be unresponsive if the computer got hot at all, and the case was starting to gape a bit). i contacted the company, and they sent me a new one quickly and at no cost, after i just had to send them some pictures of my chubby battery and smiling computer-case. the new one works fine. i guess these spectre laptops are notorious for engorging batteries. at least they made it possible to change them. thank you for the new battery!ORIGINAL REVIEW:The battery in my laptop was super swollen (at first i thought the spacebar and the trackpad were both messed up, but when the case started bulging open like a mouth, i realized those were probably early symptoms of battery bloat). the most difficult part of changing the battery was getting the computer open and old one out...the screws were all really difficult to remove with all the pressure created by the fat battery. This new one went in easily (i did watch a couple youtube videos but it's just a matter of 11 screws and the one cable/plug you can see in the picture. The little pins on the white plug go face-up, btw).I was worried at first when my computer took longer to start, and an error message appeared that basically said there was a checksum error and asked my permission to reboot. After it rebooted, it was totally fine, it recognizes the battery, and no other error messages have appeared, during use or subsequent restarts. so don't be freaked out if that happens...the computer probably just has to figure out what happened!I guess i got used to the compromised life of the old one, because the Dentsing one seemed to take half the day to discharge per instructions...and seemed to recharge relative quickly. So far, this battery seems to work perfectly well, was alot cheaper than the OEM ones i found online (err...alleged OEM, anyway).I just installed it the other day, so i can't attest to longevity, but the original one died young, so this one doesn't have much of a challenge to be at least as durable as the original...i will be happy if it lasts a couple years, and elated if it lives longer. I was initially annoyed that buying one from HP wasn't an option, but i think i'm glad that decision ruled out, now! as a bonus, it comes with 4 little screwdrivers, and a plastic thing to pry with, too. thanks!

Edit: After the first batter stopped registering and charging and I reported on that here, customer service reached out to rectify the issue. They promptly replaced the battery with a new one, which is working as expected so far. I've done the power cycling 3 times and the battery still seems to be working fine so far. Thank you to the Dentsing customer support for helping me with the issue and sending a replacement.Original: Battery was fine to begin with, but stopped registering on the laptop (shows 100% all the time). It doesn't appear to actually be charging anymore because with the machine unplugged it will only last a few minutes until the machine just completely shuts off (and yes, this is after leaving the charger plugged in for several hours).
