I thought the rubber band would be a cool addition, but you really can not use a heavy band on it. The board itself is good, but you are still going to need a pully system to take weight off.

La qualité est vraiment au top. C’est en bois de peuplier, super solide et bien fini. Les prises sont confortables, donc pas de risque de blessure.La polyvalence est géniale, y a plein d’angles et de profondeurs pour adapter la difficulté, ce qui est parfait pour progresser à son rythme.J’adore aussi la possibilité d’ajouter un élastique pour faire des tractions plus légères, ce qui ajoute une autre dimension à l’entraînement.L’installation est hyper simple. Une fois fixée, ça ne bouge pas du tout.En gros, c’est un super produit pour s’entraîner chez soi. Je sens déjà que je progresse.Je le recommande
