les chaussures en elle même, très bien, confortable, de belle facture, agréable à porter. Bémol: chausse un peu juste, j'ai dû les renvoyer et commander la taille au dessus, là nickel. avec Amazon, le retour est d'une grande facilité.

As a regular Amazon Prime customer I am amazed and very disappointed that Amazon sell Zerimar shoes.I ordered a pair of uk13 leather boat shoes but received a size 47 equivalent to a uk 11.5 in a plain brown cardboard box.I immediately started the return process to find out that they had to be returned directly to Zerimar in Slovakia at a cost of £16.50 for postage.I then found out that Zerimar had refused to accept the shoes back and were sending them back to me.They arrived today and it was obvious that they had not even opened the package to check the shoes which were not even tried on.I would advise anyone looking for boat shoes not to deal with this company.The saving grace is that Amazon were totally understanding and refunded the cost of the shoes and the return postage.A very satisfied Amazon customer.I am now aware that the shoes were returned by the Slovakian customs as they do not accept things imported from the UK.Zerimar did not get the shoes back and this is why the parcel was returned to me unopened.The shoes are very good quality and if I was sent the correct size I would have a new pair of shoes and Zerimar would have a satisfied customer.They will be donated to a charity.
