Dopo anni di acquisto acqua in bottiglia e sperimentazione di vari filtri...finalmente ho trovato il prodotto che cercavo...dove abito l'acqua ha un sapore orribile...ormai lo uso da un mese e sono molto soddisfatto ...oltre al prezzo che è eccezionale rispetto a quelli che ti propongono con costi di 2000 euro ...l'unica difficoltà le istruzioni non sono in italiano...ma se si ha dimestichezza di manualità si riesce a montare a fai da te

I recently purchased (September 2023) a 5 stage filtration system from geekpure through Amazon and I am sad to say that I am disappointed with some aspects of the product. First, the 3/8 to 1/2 inch converter that comes with your product is not the actual correct size. Although some the Amazon reviews mentioned this, I was hoping these were people who did not set up their adapter correctly and this was the reason they were having trouble. I ended up having to buy this accessory (Feed Water Adapter 3/8 Inch X 3/8 Inch X 1/4 Inch G Thread T-Angle Stop Adapter Valve Water Pipe Distributor Compression Valve for Refrigerators Water Filter https://amzn.eu/d/bm7wkEc) through Amazon to be able to supply water to the system. Second, the faucet set up becomes very awkward when you have to add the teflon tape after you put the faucet in place. This cannot be done before since the nut that holds faucet in place will rip the tape as your rotate it to tighten the faucet into place. Next, the saddle drain adapter is not the easiest thing to tighten. I was almost positive that this part was mess up until I put so much pressure that I was finally able to get it to rotate into place. Last, the filter came with pieces that do not fit where they are described in the instruction manual and the online video by geekpure doesn’t show them been put to use at all. This makes me concern if actually did everything correctly. I have previously installed 2 RO systems from APEC without any issues. No extra parts, correct fitting adapters, and faucet already comes with the line pre-install to avoid this awkward under the sink set up. I would highly suggest looking at how APEC packages their system as in terms of installment, it is far superior to this product.

Comes with non-standard fittings. You does not fit to 3/8". I spent additionally 40 euro to replace with correct...

Easy to install (I have experience), quality parts. Previous installs of carbon filters made me disconnect the tube from the third filter (1 fiber, 2 carbon, 3 carbon) so the first gallon of water flushes out the loose carbon particles rather than send them into the RO filter. Afterwards I realized I could just reverse the first and third filters for the initial flush and let the sediment filter catch the carbon particles. Swapping the filters is much easier than playing with the tubes. Victoria water is already good tasting but I was worried the RO water would be flat or "plasticy". The fifth filter does a great job and the water is excellent.
