I LOVE this pellet pen! I find them so handy and makes reloading so much faster! I can take my shot and reload faster than my family can. I am already to go for my next shot, while the family is still pissing around trying to get their pellets out of their pockets. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars, is because you can't buy replacement caps. I was crushed when I lost my black cap. I still bought 4 more! One for everyone in the family.

This works perfectly to load a break barrel pellet pistol. It holds 18 pellets and is able to seat them one at a time into the breach. I'm buying a second one to be able to have twice as many pellets ready to go.

I have problems picking up individual pellets to load my Gamo Raptor Whisper break barrel air rifle. Very easy to load the pellet holder and just push the back end like clicking a pen to insert the pellet. Holds 20 but I recommend using 15 so that it stays together without the insert falling out. Nice

Der DIANA-Pellet-Pen ist eine wirklich durchdachte Erfindung. Leider gibt es ihn nur in lila und nicht wie hier von GSG abgebildet in blau. Der Verkäufer meinte ich könne ihn ja zurückschicken wenn mir die Farbe nicht gefällt...

Have put about 40 pellets through this. Is it indispensable? Probably not, but maybe. Is it convenient enough to warrant buying a couple? Probably.It sure beats having some open container sitting next to you as you're trying to snipe pesky birds or squirrels. However, if you manage to have some kind of handy pouch on your belt, that is easy to remove a pellet from, then you probably can do without it.The way it works, in case you haven't figured it out...Hold the pen across your palm with the clip end near your thumb.Your fingers curl around the pen and hold it, while your thumb slides the clip down, ejecting a pellet.The trick is to only slide it down far enough to eject just one. It's not smart enough to only eject one per click.Weaknesses:* The clip thing can come out the back end, which would allow the pellets to come out as well. There's no lock to keep it in. There are notches that hold it in place, so it's not like it's going to easily come out, but you wouldn't want to just chuck it in your bag without thinking about what's around it. I did keep it in my pocket while I was standing there plinking, but I always felt better when it was pointed down (i.e. clip up). If it was upside down, and the clip caught on something in my pocket as I was removing it, it could easily come out and spill the contents. Shoot, you may just be able to wrap a rubber band around the back end, which will prevent the clip from coming out.* The notches that help retain the clip are not as far apart as some pellets, so one simple click may not be enough to push out one pellet. This lack of synchronization means it's a little hard to know when the pellet is actually dispensed. Once, I pushed how I thought was hard enough to seat the pellet into the breech, and I had actually dispensed two: one into the breech, and the next one was far enough past the retaining clip/holder that it fell out. With a little more practice, I was able to reliably get the next pellet's nose into the breech, where all it needed was a quick jab with my thumb to seat it properly.I read other reviews about flimsy construction. I think it's solid enough. I would dismiss them.
