My first pizza was a disaster.The dough was too sticky and soft.I learned how to make a correct pie on the second try. Cooks in 3 minutes. Worth the buy.Smoking brisket was simple. Everyone raved at the results.Smoked salmon another perfect cook. I’m loving the oven/smoker.

As a cheat-sheet for roasting. We really don't need the chart often but it's nice to have when we cook something that we are not sure of the cook times.

We have used it to prepare meals on the Ninja Woodburner oven, the last being a whole chicken which cooked that was delicious.

These are wipe off cards. If you get anything on them you can just wipe them off because they've been laminated on both sides. They're on a big ring which makes them easy to turn and they lay flat in case you want to lay them down on the table and refer to them while cooking.All the information is available on the web, but this is presented in a concise form that's easy to keep by your cooker for quick reference.It's not a cookbook, but experience cooks will be able to quickly get up to speed and use their appliance proficiently a lot faster with this.
