Ich nutze seit Jahren Kalita Filterpapier. Es ist definitiv eins der besten für Handbrew.

Die Filtertüten machen einen sehr sanften und milden Geschmack. Sie haben ein deutlich geringeres Volumen als zb die üblichen 104 Melittafilter, passen aber auch in den normalen Keramiktassenfilter von Melitta.Sehr empfehlenswert vor allem mit dem tollen Kupferfilteraufsatz von Kalita, der die Wärme des Wassers optimal verteilt.

I waited FOREVER (2.5 months) for these to come in the mail. But when they came... is was revelatory. I had been using the cheap Target brand filters and they just didn't fit my Kalita well, and occasionally I would get sloppy with the pourover and the filter would flop and the grounds would go in my drink.... it's just such a nicer experience using the wave filters. It really is. I wasn't sure it would make a difference--and perhaps it is just an aesthetic difference--but my morning seems so much more put together using a filter that FITS. I'm not a coffee snob, I just like the elegance of the whole pourover system and how little there is to clean, compared to using my french press when I'm just making coffee for myself.

Fantastic filters, especially when paired with my and . I have a gadget for pretty much every different way of making coffee in my kitchen at this stage and the Kalita Wave is the one I use the most.
