No matter how much expensive phot gear one might have experience has shown me that a project can be ruined, or at least delayed, for the want of something small and seemingly insignificant.As such I like to keep all sorts of odds and ends in my kit bag to ensure whatever I may ned is at hand, and I use these little things regularly.My main use case is on a desk mount to support a camera and field monitor for talking head clips intended for YouTube, but as they also come with interchangeable base mounts they are equally as useful for mounting an action camera or field monitor to the hot/cold shoe of whatever I'm using for in field POV/monitoring purposes.How I Rate- ***** Don’t think, just buy it!- **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this.- *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives- ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits.- * Run for the door!Whilst I do sometimes include photos and videos in my reviews, due to time constraints this will only be when I feel that doing so would serve a purpose in demonstrating how an aspect of the product works or fails.I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations.
