It does incredible work! Good size, can contain a lot of food. It is very quiet, you don't hear it, so you can dehydrate at night. It Iooks stylish, not bulky and fits any kitchen. It has plastic covers, I really advise to use it, it makes cleaning easier. It has a recipe book, very helpful.

I love this dehydrator! It has a nice compact design, the temperature control is easy to use and accurate. The drying times are suggested, so keep an eye on your food. If you go by the instructions, it is spot on, but of course will require adjusting due to thickness and type of food being processed. It is well built, it holds a lot of items. I love that it comes with metal and plastic shelve covers. It cleans easily and works great.

Since it arrived a month ago it operates every second day 14-16 hours per day. Until now, everything works. To achieve the best results, it is recommended to load every second slot only (so 4 plates), drying is most uniform then. I am using it also with all the 9 slots loaded without any issues, only the drying time is longer by a few hours. Used the item for drying mostly plums, apples, pears and bananas.Usually I am drying on 65C, rarely on 60C.Cleaning the trays is not a big issue, I soak them in cold water after use for a few hours and then just wash them with a sponge as any other dish.Real power consumption is 1kW/4h on 60C, measured, so a 12hour full stack drying takes ~3kWh. If one is having his own fruits in the garden, it is still much cheaper to dry any of them than to buy in the shop.To be on the safe side I am using a vacuum sealed bags for long storage.The power cable could be a bit longer.The unit emits quite a lot of heat so it is highly recommended to operate it outdoors if one do not want to counter the air conditioner's efforts in these heats that we have in the last weeks. Best is to prepare the trays by the evening and the let the dryer work all night.

Appareil peu bruyant, je fait mes aliments la nuit pas de soucis pour dormir.J'ai essayer les temps de séchage indiquer sur le livrer mais j'ai ajuster a ma convenance.Pour moi cette appareil et pratique, ne prend pas beaucoup de place, je chercher un déshydrateur mais je n'y connaissez rien alors j'ai regarder les commentaires sur cette appareil et je ne suis lancer, je ne le regrette pas.

I bought this dehydrator while waiting for my big one to be repaired. Someone with a garden will probably think this dehydrator may be too small, but it expands your options and adds flexibility.Incorrect info:- tray spacing is 2.5cm, not 32mm as shown in their picture (good thing I missed it initially, or it would have been disappointing)Using every other tray gives you a spacing of around 5cm and leaves five trays inside.Positives:- it does have the last temperature memory (as opposed to always starting on max like some other models)- the trays have slightly raised edges which is very helpful- very easy controls, reasonably quiet ventilator.- the metal tray mesh is quite dense, so no need to use additional plastic liners even with smaller itemsSome random notes:- I wish the tray spacing would be bigger. They chose to fit more trays which is only good if your items are thin/flat... for thicker items you just use every other tray (reducing capacity but also improving the airflow)- the grid covering the ventilator from the inside looks rather restrictive for the airflow but maybe it helps to keep the heat inside better.For context, my big dehydrator is 1100 kW "Mistral g21" (there are other identical looking products with different names).Why someone already owning a huge dehydrator needs a smaller one? My reasons:- process smaller batches that would not fill the large box and save electricity- dehydrate other things while the big one is semi permanently filled with garden apples and mushrooms in August/September- simultaneously process items requiring different temperatures - eg process herbs while the big one is busy with fruits- as a backup..

Funciona de maravilla. Fácil de usar...tiene 9 bandejas con lo cual hay espacio para deshidratar grandes cantidades. la ventaja todo dentro es de inox incluso las bandejas con lo cual es mas higiénico, salvo la puerta de un material sintético. Hace su función al 100% además es silencioso. Tiene una bombilla interior para verificar el proceso de deshidratación. Deshidratador de calidad...Calidad/precio muy buena. La verdad merece 5 estrellas
